This Rental Made Our Entire Trip Legendary — 5 Stars All Day! The Mission Street Enterprise in Salem has once again proven why it’s the only rental location I trust for my biggest trips. This time, Hayden set me up with a Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian Series — and calling it “fully loaded” doesn’t even begin to cover it. This thing was a rolling luxury suite on wheels. From massaging front seats to a rear cockpit of screens, panoramic multi-panel moon roofs, rear privacy shades, and even a built-in cooler in the center console that kept our drinks ice-cold — every detail made our journey feel first-class. The McIntosh audio system was unreal, the air suspension made even the roughest terrain feel smooth, and for such a massive, powerful SUV, the fuel efficiency honestly shocked us. Plenty

The best car rental company I've encountered in the States. I had the car towed to Salem for repairs, and Carmax should have reimbursed a portion of the rental costs, yet they made numerous excuses. It was an Enterprise employee who answered my call and provided help at that moment, warming my heart in the cold winter! Moreover, they provided me with a hybrid vehicle – an excellent experience with a very new interior. Can you believe the rental car had only clocked up 9,000 miles? I was delighted to have this experience here.

Good selection of cars. Pleasant staff who are quick to resolve any issues. The rental costs are reasonable and currently unlimited mileage. The Mission St. location is handy but their parking lot is small and can get a little hectic sometimes. The app is really easy to use and you can communicate via text during your rental if anything comes up. I don't have a car currently so I use them whenever I need a car.

Great staff. Perfect location for daily rentals. I ended up getting a vehicle for the day, including fuel, going to Portland and back for around $50 and I don’t think it gets much better than that. Those are friend prices! Totally reasonable pricing at Enterprise and easy to reserve a car. I would like to see some higher end vehicles, but I think every location has that request!

I haven’t rented a car in years and found myself in a situation where I needed a car and under tight timeline at last minute. Somewhat trepidatious about the experience, I was delighted to find the Salem, OR location was convenient, online reservations efficient and completely transparent about pricing, reasonable price, the car was great, staff personable and professional, simple return.
