Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car online, the check in process was pretty smooth. I did the online check in but nothing seemed to carry over to my reservation??? The staff were friendly and went over EVERY scratch and ding on the vehicle with me. I returned it after hours with no issues. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Disappointed to start this was the condition of the rental upon pickup. Needless to say will be returning immediately.

I've rented from both the Salisbury Airport location, and N. Salisbury Blvd/Northwood Dr. Both locations have great staff and the pickup and drop-off process is quick and easy. I've never had a bad experience with renting from Enterprise, and will continue to book through here every time I rent a vehicle.

Renting was easy and my deposit returned without any problems. The only issue was that I rented the 15 passenger van for a senior citizen trip and glad that I discovered before the trip we needed something for the seniors to be able to get into the van. It is a very high climb even for younger people. So I took my small kitchen step ladder and it worked perfectly. I was able to store it in the back. I would also only recommend no more than 13 adults as 15 would be cramped. Other than that. No problems , easy to drive and we had a great time.

I always have a great experience at this location. The team is consistently polite, caring, and efficient, which makes the entire rental process easy and stress-free. This is the only Enterprise location I rent from in this area, and I’ll absolutely remain a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
