Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Unfortunately, I was rear-ended and I needed a rental to bridge the gap as my car was repaired. The staff here were friendly, understanding, and provided explanations for all of my questions. I received a comparable vehicle, nicely maintained and under 10000 miles. I was able to do a video walkthrough. They said not to worry about scratches that weren't marked on the form day of, because we missed one. It was easy to extend the rental time due to repairs taking longer than previously thought. I'd love to work with them again any time.

These people are great!! They not only took great care of us through the rental period but we left something in the car and they immediately contacted us and held it until we picked it up. Customer service is what I expected and received.

I was given a car with damage and then Enterprise made a claim against me for the damage upon return. Their own video evidence shows preexisting damage, yet it wasn’t clear enough to constitute it as preexisting damage. They also charged me for damage after they had already accepted the vehicle and did not call it out upon return. Be extra diligent when renting from Enterprise, especially Ian and Helen at this branch.

This is the second time I rented a car from this location. The first time was when I had my 2001 Ford Mustang in the shop. More recently, my car was totaled so my insurance paid for the rental while they made a determination as to the disposition of my vehicle. For my needs I thought a car on the small to mid-size was adequate, so I chose a 2025 Toyota Camry. From the time I stepped foot inside the door till the time I returned the rental 10 days later, I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. They made the rental process easy, the facility was clean and welcoming. I was provided with a quick overview of the Toyota Camry which is so different than my 20 plus year-old car. I rented a Nissan Altima for a week from Enterprise in San Bruno. It was a very good experience. The car was quite new and a pleasure to drive, the rates were reasonable ($280 for the whole week), and the customer service was outstanding. The manager there is called Helen. She and her team (I met Igor and and Nathan) were very professional and helpful. They not only picked me up to rent the car, they also dropped me off when I returned it because it was raining heavily. In a world where good customer service isn't as common as it used to be, I can totally recommend Enterprise in San Bruno. They do a great job!
