Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Bait and Switch. I booked a convertible 6 weeks in advance and they called me 2 days before the start of the reservation to say they did not have it available and tried to offer me a different category car for the same elevated price. I travel to slo several times a year and will never use enterprise again.

I booked a car reservation with them and they called me the day of my reservation to let me know they didn't have any cars. They had zero cars available at location but enterprise website shows dozens available for rental still. This left me to only book more expensive last minute options with other companies. When I called the corporate office they said they would escalate my case and someone would call me the same day. Nobody ever called me. I'm canceling my future Enterprise reservations I have with them. Ridiculous.

In person customer service was great. The hours online aren't accurate. Rushed to do an 11pm drop off on a Friday, arrived at 10:50, and the lights were already off. Had to do a key drop instead.

Terrible customer service experience. Reserved a car for one way and received confirmation, only for desk to say they can’t when I arrive. No appreciation for me traveling to them with a confirmation (Confirmation Number: 1379435335). Apparently the site can use its discretion to say no to an online booking via enterprise.com. Enterprise: you just lost a high frequency traveler due to this specific site. You could have gained one by following through on your online commitment. Good luck.

Thank you, Enterprise and Edwardo! We had a flight cancellation that forced us to rebook out of a completely different airport, and we were in a tough spot. Edwardo at Enterprise truly saved the day! He was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help! He got us a car, outside of regular operating hours, and had us on our way fast enough to make the new flight at the different airport! Edwardo’s calm and helpful attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. We are so grateful for the flexibility and excellent service.
