Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Reserved" Full-size elite, got offered a compact and a mid size SUV, neither were ready. Chose the Midsize SUV, waited 20 minutes for it. When starting the car, it had low fuel. During the trip I found cigarette buds, Hot Cheetos/Doritos, make up equipment and a large McDonald's cup under the seat. After several disappointments with them, I will not rent with them again and will warn friends/family to avoid this branch.

We were recently taken care of by Ashley here at Enterprise and the process couldn’t have been smoother as a first timer. She offered full transparency and went out of her way to share valuable knowledge that helped my current situation with why I needed the rental. I use Enterprise Rent-A-Car for all my car rental needs. The service is always great. The cars are new and clean. The rates are always competitive. But the reason i always use Enterprise is that they were founded by Jack C Taylor. A pilot who flew off of carrier Uss Enterprise CV-6 during WWII. He named his business after that famous ship. Jack applied what he learned out there aboard Enterprise to his successful business and im happy to support that business.

I’ve been a regular customer of your company for so long. I am so contented and happy whenever I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. Just keep up the good work and always be happy or smile while you attending the customer.

At first, it felt a little off-putting to give 3 stars only due to the inconvenience of the patreons visiting the location, as truly the staff was splendid, but thinking it over and coming to the conclusion after having to clean the rented car out myself, so i wouldn't get blamed for it. I can now say it's worth the 3 stars and give a meticulous eye on the vehicle, so you're not hit with a fine. It's such a small location, yet it's frequented by so many rude or inconveniencing customers, blocking the parking spaces, cluttering up everything. Making it a pain in the butt, just to park and pick up a vehicle; the one thing that sucks is they just look at you sitting there, and they just don't give a flip.
