Incredible experience with Enterprise! After another rental company left us stranded on a busy weekend due to a damaged vehicle (and then tried to upsell), Nicolas and Jonathan at Enterprise completely saved our vacation. Not only did they stay late to help us, but they found the exact Mustang convertible we were hoping for and matched the competitive rate we had originally booked elsewhere. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation — instead they chose fairness, professionalism, and genuine customer care. Because of them, what started as a stressful situation turned into one of the best parts of our trip. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

My family and I had the best experience at this enterprise. We are traveling cross country and the car that was given to us was not cleaned at all. I really recommend Johnny. He made sure that this time around we felt heard. He was patient with us, and we asked a ton of questions. He allowed us a great selection, accommodated our requests, and most importantly, made sure that as we travel back, we are safe. Booking these types of things can be super stressful. But Johnny was a huge huge help to us. He was trally genuine and really cared about our trip. I would recommend everyone request Johnny when using this enterprise.

We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Enterprise, specifically at 1719 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90403. We reserved a car two months in advance, yet on the original pickup day, Enterprise told us they had no cars available at all. We were forced to delay our trip and were redirected to pick up a car the next day at this Santa Monica location. Because of Enterprise’s own failure, our rental period was reduced from 4 days to 3 days. When we politely asked whether a reasonable adjustment or discount could be applied (due to THEIR mistake), the manager immediately refused service. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Online check-in and final drop off were quick and easy. Reserve ahead of time to make sure they can get the car you want. Lizzy in particular provided amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
