Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an issue with the first vehicle that was given to me. I was able to bring it back with no questions and placed in another within minutes. I also liked the text reminder for returning the vehicle. I was able to modify my rental due to the fact my jeep was still being repaired. Being able to adjust the rental agreement without going into the office was great. I will be renting from entreprise again.

I was told the car they had available was smaller than my normal SUV and I could come back for a bigger vehicle. I scheduled it for a Saturday at 11, I get a call at 10:50(I'm about to turn into the parking lot) and was told the truck wouldn't be there before they closed and they didn't have anything bigger. I already paid a babysitter and took the 30+ minute trip there. So I call in on Tuesday(after waiting in hold for 12 minutes!) I was able to schedule a time to pick up the bigger SUV today at 1. I took off of work early and made the 40+ minute drive. I get there and apparently the gentleman I spoke with Tuesday never made the reservation.. The guy that was there wasn't very polite and asked what was wrong with the car I had.. Plan to be on hold alot with this location..

Seaford, DE location crew is the best. Very attentive to the customers needs especially if special needs are requested. ie, leg room, head room, and comfort. Rep. Employee was friendly, the vehicle was in need of a wash outside and vacuum inside. The windshield washer fluid was empty, front tire was low and had to stop and put air in it, gas showed 78 miles to empty. Vehicle reeked of cigarettes, air it out and febreezed it and smelled returned after a couple hours. Vehicle rode nice and was a 2025.
