Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I drove 40 minutes to pick up a reserved car only to be told that they had no cars available for anyone who reserved within the last 48 hours. Two other customers were told the same while I was in the office. The parking lot was full of cars. It would have been nice if we were told this when we made the reservation. Most rental locations will tell you that you can't make a reservation when there are no cars available or at least give you a call.

Would someone pick up the phone?!?!? With little less than 30 min before closing, I placed a call to the store and after 12 mins on the line listening to them go on about GREAT EXPERIENCE but not providing it, they hung up on me. So I called again expecting them to Do better. No luck. Look at time stamps on top of screen shots. Neither one of the two times did they answer them phone and both times I got hung up on after waiting for the EXTRA MILE, HIGH QUALITY & STANDARD OF CARE with A GREAT EXPERIENCE.of PUTTING ME FIRST!! Thank you Sebring, and especially Jacob, for turning a mess into a success! After corporate messed up our Winter Haven weekend pickup and stranded us overnight, Jacob got us going in short order and worked to make the pain go away :-) and get us off on our trip.

They never answer the phone. We made a reservation online and showed up on the scheduled day to pick up the rental, only to be told that no vehicles were available. No one contacted us in advance to notify us of this issue. Instead, we were allowed to wait until the day of pickup to be informed there was no availability and told to “try again tomorrow.” As a result, I ended up on vacation without a rental car. This lack of communication and reliability is extremely disappointing.

Very friendly staff. Nice car. The lady that helped me was very efficient. I was in and out quickly. Will definitely call on Enterprise of Sebring for future rentals. Thank you!
