Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a 25 passenger van to travel from Oklahoma to Virginia to pick up my grandson and we had no problems at all. It was very good on gas and we did remove some of the seats for room to put his things. I would recommend Enterprise Rentals for all vehicles because I have rented cars before and they have excellent prices too!

Loved the full experience.. The 2 guys that work here in Shawnee Oklahoma location make everything so easy for the customers.. I have had some bad experiences at car rentals ..but not here ...I was so happily surprised.. I will always use them

Best experience ever by a rental company ..the staff was amazing. I never once felt like I was a number or business client...I was treated like a human. Definitely will be going back

We've rented exclusively from Enterprise for about 12 years - sometimes it was bi-monthly for a year or more. I have to say we have never had any issues with their vehicles, their services and/or their customer associates at any location. Davis and Grant at the Shawnee, OK., branch is an asset to this Enterprise location. Davis was our agent and was knowledgeable, efficient and Friendly slong with Grant. The process which I'm familiar with was explained in detail and he showed us all the features of the vehicle...This location has a good team.

The people were wonderful, however very unhappy with the condition of the car. 3 tires were over inflated and 1 one tire was under inflated. Car dirty with sticky on the knots. Cruise control didn't work. Had to take to Walmart because tire was losing air because the valve was lose. Could not get ahold of anyone Saturday or Sunday. I wasn't happy with the car.
