Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a confirmed reservation. Get to the Shelby NC location and they dont have the type of car i reserved. So they say we are going to put you in a larger car, but you will have to pay $140 more for this, and we are giving you a good discount. Total BS, bait and switch tactic. I rent cars all over the Americas, i have rented with Enterprise multiple times in the past. This facility has an inept manager, who really should be terminated. Do not use this location at all, they are not right in doing business at all.

My experience was excellent I booked a last minute reservation on a busy day and was met with the absolute best team of people! The car was clean, smelled great, and was full of gas. Pickup and return was easy! I'll definitely do it again!

The staff was great. Very respectful helpful and just great all the way around. The vehicle was good just would be nice if it wasn’t so difficult to actually rent what you need and not have to settle because of some company policy. Like I said staff great

Due to a few hiccups and inconveniences I have had in the beginning, I would only really rate 3 stars, but Brice made everything worth the while, he definitely gets my recognition for this 5 star rating. He was very understanding and informative, as well as professional. Enterprise crew could use a little more training, but over all, it really wasn’t all that bad of an experience. I was traveling and booked via expedia- when I went to pick up the reserved vehicle despite calling to confirm, they had nothing available for me until a couple days later, thus delaying my trip and having to reschedule interviews. I was first put in a standard car, and the tank was at only a half tank, which I had to fill before making my long journey. Upon several miles down the road I couldn’t help but notice

Wow. So my car was rear ended and the at fault drivers insurance company, StateFarm, is paying for me a rental while my auto is getting fixed. I booked a reservation weeks in advanced. Well, this is the car that Enterprise had me wait for…a cracked missing emblem, stains and dents galore! It got worse, As I drove on the highway to work a weird smell filled the car. I am so shocked that franchise like Enterprise would have a car in this shape in stock, and let alone would actually rent it to a customer with no shame. Wow, this is only day one. As an area manager my colleagues were just as shocked when I parked this morning. Literally embarrassed to take my vendors out between the cosmetics and the smell. I will have to call and ask about the mildew smell when they open tomorrow, this is bey
