Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Larissa and Kody were wonderful service agents for me. They helped me get a rental after my car broke down to ensure I made it to my class 5 hours away, on time, without stress. When I realized I wasn’t going to be able to fix my car nor purchase a new car in the rental timeframe I had originally requested, Kody had no issues extending out my rental and ensured I was going to be able to drop it off in another location, completely taking away another stressor for me at this time. Each member checked in with me with my rental to make sure everything was okay, answered any questions I had about the current rental, and made sure I was up to date on what my charges and fees were. Larrisa was AMAZING here! After a not so great experience at an Idaho Enterprise, this place was a breath of fresh air. Larrisa walks you through EVERYTHING and is VERY clear on everything. So appreciated her, her calls before, during and after. Would use them again and highly recommend!

I rented an Audi A5 from National in Billings, MT. The car experienced multiple failures and a flat tire after I arrived in Sheridan Wyoming. Sheridan does not have a National however they did have an Enterprise. National instructed me to go to the Enterprise to exchange the vehicle. When customer service excels over and above expectations, it needs to be shouted out. With all the headaches this Audi had, my wife and I had to leave Sheridan that morning. The young man that helped us was Kody Carson. All he cared about was getting us into a car and getting us back on the road. One of the greatest things about Kody is he listens. Not only did he handle this situation with professionalism but he made my wife and I very comfortable. He even gave us his personal email address so if

I'm horrible with names 😭 But the gal who helped me out (larissa) was 10/10 phenomenal! Some of the best customer service I've ever received. She did a great job explaining the extra protection they off (had I been planning on putting more than around 50 miles on the car for the week I would have taken it!), and giving clear expectations of the whole process. She was super friendly to chat with during the process, called me the day before to confrim my appointment, and the day after to make sure everything was good with thw car, and gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off! She was incredibly professional and friendly at the same time! I didn't expect to be impressed enough renting a car I felt compelled to leave a review, but that girl needs a promotion!

Absolutely terrible experience. They have forced you to contact a call center to make a reservation as opposed to contacting the actual branch location. Made a reservation, they took our money, but then promptly informed us that there is no car available even though the contact center assured us there was. Is this your idea of service? What a joke.
