Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The young man that helped me get the Rent-A-Car and set everything up was excellent really can’t speak highly enough about him. The car was in perfect condition., And the pick up and drop off process was very easy highly recommend them

I would give zero stars if I could. My insurance company made a reservation here, but apparently, a "reservation" means nothing to this establishment. ​I spent a total of 60 minutes on hold across two separate calls. Both times, I was fed the same scripted lines about how "clean" their vehicles are, yet they couldn't provide a straight answer on whether a car was actually available. When I finally reached a human, they played games claiming the car wasn't there or wasn't available, eventually telling me to just "come and see" rather than checking their system. ​To top it off, the call disconnected and they didn't bother to call back, forcing me back into the 30-minute hold queue. ​

Very easy and convenient. Had to get my car repaired, conveniently enterprise was one block up from The service department at Mitsubishi walked in, got a car and drove home. It was that easy.

I took my car to the repair shop 3 months ago. They gave me a car from Enterprise while my car was in the repair shop. Enterprise called me every day to return the car. And finally, after a while of them calling me every day, I returned the car. Now, after 3 months, they are charging me. My worst experience with a rental car was with Enterprise.

Called and pre-booked a reservation and my only ask was that they had CarPlay available in the car they said that wouldn’t be a problem, but once I got to the location, suddenly there was no car available that had CarPlay and I was told that the only way to do this was to buy the more expensive SUV option hugely disappointing to be caught in an upsell with no option and a complete unwillingness for the employee I was working with to give a discount because “you were already at the lowest rate.”
