Arrived on Saturday and Noone was present to give me the car I rented. Had to call for a ride and return on Sunday morning to get the car. Very inconvenient!
Friendly staff and a nice clean car.
Got a super sweet Toyota Camry, excited about that! This place is located at the Sioux City Airport, a small place and the car rentals are right by the baggage claim. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was anticipating my flight on being late and they did offer to stay open later past the 5 pm closure, or bring my car to me the next day. That is the kind of customer service that I both want and respect. I will definitely be renting again when I comeback to the area!!!!
Cassandra went above and beyond to get me a car last minute. She should be employee of the year. Don't rent anywhere else. A+ service
More expensive than most car rental places. Never anyone available to pick you up or drop you off before or after a rental like every one of their commercials say.
