Snellville, GA - This was the best experience I have ever had with a car rental. Special shout out to the manager, "Q" and her entire team. This store is so professional, caring, assuring, and efficient! Under Ms. Q's leadership you can see right away how much her team respects her and her leadership. I was extremely impressed by this, her way of making you feel at ease and if any issue came up she assured you she would take care of it, and she not only kept her word, she followed up with her team to ensure a positive outcome. She should be commended for her professionalism and leadership. Job well done!
Made a reservation for a rental and an appointment to be picked up at the body shop for 8:30 am. Morning of the appointment, I arrived at the body shop at 8 am, checked my car in, collected everything I needed from my car to put in the rental and waited. 8:45 passed, and no one showed up or called to say they would be late. Called the enterprise location directly, no answer. Called them 6 times, no answer, and the calls timed out after several minutes of ringing. I called the 1-800 number for assistance and they attempted to call the local office as well, their call was also ignored. I had an outstanding experience during my most recent visit, and I want to recognize the incredible team who made it happen. Kayla at the front desk was the first bright spot of my visit. She greeted me warmly and kept me informed every step of the way regarding the status of my rental. She even adjusted the temperature for me so ai wouldn’t sweat out my silk press. What truly stood out was her professionalism and calm demeanor while simultaneously managing several frustrated customers who had been redirected from other locations. Despite the pressure, she remained patient, kind, and attentive, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I reserved suv on Feb 6th to attend my father's funeral which was on Feb 14th. My reservation was from Feb 12th, returning the suv on Feb 17th. I did get a phone call from a representative confirming my reservation and informing me that I would receive information to do a check-in online so I could skip the paperwork and save time when I arrive to pick up the suv. I checked-in online the day before pick-up as was instructed for me to do. I thought I was all set to go. On the day of pick up, I received a call about one hour before pick-up from ENTERPRISE, stating the suv had a light on and the dealer had no idea how to repair the suv. He stated he had a comparable, which was a TACOMA. He said that I could rent the TACOMA at the same price. I told him reluctantly okay. After the call I look
