Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a seamless experience with Enterprise. The check-in process was quick, the staff was professional, and the vehicle was in pristine condition. Returning the car was just as easy. It’s rare to find such consistent customer service—I'll definitely be using this location again.

Our motorhome broke down and we needed to rent a vehicle. We were appreciative there was one near Hatfield. However, 8 days after we returned the vehicle we realized our passports were missing, we had left them in the vehicle. NOONE CALLED to inform us they had been found. When we called staff seemed unconcerned and could not figure out a way to mail us our passports, we were 6 hours north at this point. Staff on the phone were unwilling to find solutions to support us and said they had called but our phone records show they did not call or leave a voicemail. So we turned around and drove back to get them. This cost us an extra $300 in fuel and 2 days of time. When we got to the office to pick up our passports the detailing person was kind and let us know how worries he was that we had not

I love this branch in Souderton. They are always fabulous with rentals. I got the rental easily and wound up finding a car I wanted to buy while on vacation. The dealership and that local enterprise offered the $150 change of drop off location fee waved…yet never confirmed that with my location. After less than 5 minutes, a manager called me back. I was not upset, grouchy or pushy…yet they waived the fee. I very much respect this corporation and have always been fabulous!

I created a google account in order to leave this branch feedback. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service from the Souderton branch. These guys are top notch!! They made everything so easy while my car was being repaired after an accident. From the first call to reserve a car to switching cars when I wasn’t thrilled with my original rental. They made a miserable situation a breeze. Thank you for the professionalism and kindness!

For the second time in as many months, Enterprise Souderton has come through for our family as we've experienced unexpected losses. In this instance, we had to keep extending our rental, for visits with a family member who was first hospitalized, but then sadly ended up passing away. Each time we needed an extension, it was no trouble at all. The staff at Souderton Enterprise are friendly and helpful, a pleasure to work with.
