I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Spanish Fork, Utah. Jessica went above and beyond to help us when we were in a stressful situation on our way to Idaho. Her professionalism, kindness, and quick problem-solving turned a tough moment into a smooth experience. The service was fast, friendly, and truly customer-focused. DO. NOT. RENT. FROM. THIS. LOCATION! This has been the worst experience to have gone through. We rented from them through our insurance due to our car being in the shop for repairs. Enterprise would NOT communicate with our insurance. They chose to, instead, harass us every chance they could by attempting to charge our card, and threatening multiple times that they were going to report the rental car as stolen. Our insurance was cooperative every step of the way, insuring that they had spoke to Enterprise, referencing workers by name, stating that everything was fine on the side of my insurance. ENTERPRISE. DOES. NOT. CARE! We ended up taking the car back early (going down to one car in a family of 8) because we were tired of them trying to charge our cards and threatening to report the

When the guy came to drop the car off to me, he explained everything to me. He was very nice and polite and I got my car that day within a half an hour so I was happy. Thank you and have a wonderful day

I totaled my car in an accident that was not my fault and was pretty upset to learn that the other Ins could not cover due to there were 20 cars involved. My full coverage Ins allowed a rental. I came here to Spanish Fork in Utah and Austin was so amazingly calm and professional as well as understanding. He had me on the road in a BEAUTIFUL car in no time. I loved the car and wanted to keep it. It was a White Nissan sedan and ran like a charm. I loved it!! The return was seamless as well. Thanks Austin!! We had an accident with our rental car in Price, UT, more than an hour away from the nearest Enterprise branch in Spanish Fork, UT, with no taxi service available. Austin went above and beyond to help us during this stressful situation. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He even arranged for a driver to come pick us up and provided us with a replacement rental car so we could continue our trip. We are truly grateful for his outstanding customer service and kindness.
