Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Happy customer here thanks to Meagan, Grace, Charlie and the other associates. The rental price was reasonable. Theyre quick and got rid of the nonsense of too much regulations. The car rund great! Thanks again for helping me out of a jam.

This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. Obtaining the car was quick and all digital so no loose papers to keep track of. The car was clean and warm so no waiting to defrost. I felt like a valued consumer throughout the entire experience. I don’t usually choose enterprise first because they are typically higher priced but this experience has changed my outlook! I’ve had some very poor experiences lately with other companies and even if enterprise is priced higher the service I received was worth it! Thanks Spokane Valley Enterprise! I will absolutely return if the need ever arises.

There are some exceptionally rude representatives here, but some very friendly representatives as well. I was unhappy with how I was treated by a specific employee here yesterday. Looking at previous reviews it seems that they pull the same things on other customers. Won't be going to this location again.

Rented a car and, after simply driving it around town, returned it to exchange a few days later. The vehicle was in need of service (had 3% oil life left). When I went in, the woman at the counter had the gall to tell me that I hadn't returned it with a full tank of gas, and wanted to charge me. WHAT??? Here I was, taking time out of MY day to correct Enterprise's error. When you rent a car, it's reasonable to expect it will be properly serviced, yes? I will be avoiding Enterprise, especially this location, in the future.

First-in-class car rental agency. I mean wow! Fantastic customer service, even helped me save money on my rental. I wish every single car rental experience was like this one. (Note to Enterprise execs--promote everyone at this location to management positions. You won't regret it. These are kinds of the employees every business should seek to retain.)
