Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise partners with my favorite truck body shop. Why do I have a favorite body shop? I have been unfortunate enough to have had three collisions in the past three years. Everytime I needed a rental they delivered it to the repair site and gave me the option to leave it there when the repairs were completed. The thing I loved best was they could accommodate my with a rental that was very similar to the make and model of my truck. This made the three weeks I drove to and from work feel like I was driving a new model of my own truck. I was sorry to let it go even though my truck was restored to like new. Went to pick up my rental Friday April 4th 2025. Had the option of a Nissan or Rav 4. The Manager had Dylan help us, he was great! We decided to go with the Rav 4 because it offered more leg room as well as baggage storage. We went in to let the manager know and she automatically said it's 10 dollars to upgrade, when she went to do the verifications for address with 2 bills, she dropped my phone handing it back to me and acted like it was not a big deal! Half assed apologized. I don't understand why but we go to look and do a check of the Rav 4 and it's dirty scarcthes all on the outside. Candy stuck to the seats and cuts in the floor boards. I have rented several times from several locations and have always had a great experience!!! I will definitely rent from them again and again. My sister will only rent from enterprise…twice a year. They definitely are top notch in my book!!!

The customer service rep made sure everything was good to go for the pick up of my rental, the vehicle was in great/clean shape, and exactly what I needed while my personal vehicle was getting repaired.
