Outstanding experience with this Enterprise location from start to finish! Riley assisted in scheduling my rental on the phone. She was quick in gathering my information, and very thorough in explaining how the insurance rental process works-- what to expect, timelines, coverage details, and what options were available to me. She noted my requests and left me feeling confident for pick up day. Today, the service exceeded expectations. A gentleman came directly to the repair shop, helped load all of my belongings into the car, and brought me to the branch. When I walked in, Kelsey immediately took care of me. Riley is awesome. She always greets me by name with a smile and is very efficient. My car choices were great, the car was ready when I got there, everything was explained well. It was quick and easy. Cars are always clean, and in perfect condition at the St Augustine location on Outlet Blvd.

After being an enterprise, customer for 20+ years and being a gold member my latest rental experience was less than a good experience upon my return. Not going to go into a whole dialogue of what transpired, but it left a sour taste for my commit commitment to enterprise. Sometimes big corporations need to teach their employees how to have a better dialogue with their customers. Regardless of the issue, it’s a matter of professionalism. After being a dedicated customer for enterprise for a very long time, I will now look at other options when I need to rent my vehicles. Common courtesy And customer appreciation goes a long way, Clearly lacking in my last rental.

This is the first time I had an issue at this location. I come pretty oten to rent cars. In the past, Obrien and his crew were friendly and professional, but unfortunately he's no longer there. I wen to pick up a car and a woman named Kelsie was there. She handed the key of the car and I was just told that the car was outside not even mentioned the color, check gas nor go around the car as usual others have done. The whole weekend I had the car out of town, I had an issue, a message kept coming out on the dash board. I came to return the car and the same woman was there, Kelsie. She didnt even acknowledge that I was there. No customer service at all. Another employee walked in and was friendly and asked me if I was been helped.
