Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made reservation for a car from this enterprise a few years ago. They called me the day before I was due to pick the car up and told me they couldn’t hold the reservation. I had made the reservation several months in advance as it was near Thanksgiving weekend, and I knew that if I waited I may not get a car. I suspect they gave away the car I had reserved once the holiday approached and rental prices spiked. My experience with them was very negative. My impression is that they were very unprofessional people. I would not use them again and would not recommend you use them unless as a last resort.

I am not impressed with their call center that answers the phone. To sit around a repair shop for 2 hours to wait for a ride coming from around the corner was ridiculous. But I had them transfer me directly to the local store, where Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She quoted me $45 for the car and said she would have someone there within 10 minutes. They actually arrived in five. I'm not a big fan of minivans, but that was all they had and we really didn't care that much. We just needed a way to get around town while our vehicle was repaired. Everything worked out beautifully, they even graciously extended our time while the mechanic finished up on our vehicle. The car was nice and clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. Every request I had was honored. The deposit was a lot higher than I was used to, but I had a great experience and will be sure to use Enterprise again.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with our rental from Las Vegas airport and the Enterprise in St George, UT was the closest one. They got us a new vehicle and back on our way very efficiently. Thanks again, highly recommend.
