Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I like how the staff explained the type of class I should have booked based off the size I was looking for. However, the suv wasn't bad, great on gas and I like the features in 2024 Rogue. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating on return time. I was able to use my debit card vs credit card something I couldnt do at airport.

When I had an issue with my experience, Tyler was very kind and understanding and promised to follow up with the Enterprise storefront that I had an issue with. He then offered me a discount on my rental for the hassle, and that definitely made my day much better. Thanks for everything, see you next time I need a car.

Had a pleasant experience at the 7th street location. The representative was nice and professional, the care was nice and clean. Quick process, will rent again.

downtown St Paul Minnesota Enterprise has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Had my reservation a month in advance, they couldn't find my reservation They rented me a car with prior damage not notated, thank goodness I had my own video of they would have charged me for something I didn't do! The worst part was the treatment I received upon arrival was unwelcoming unprofessional I should have canceled my reservation that moment! Go elsewhere try budget downtown St Paul they're the best!

Used this location twice in the last few months and both experiences were phenomenal. Staff are helpful, flexible and easy to work with. Will use again.
