Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Odell and his Starkville team always take good care of me. I rent cars weekly for my work, and I can depend on them to have me in and out quickly. Each team member treats me with respect, and they are always so friendly and helpful. I see them all working hard to get people served as efficiently as possible in their busy business. I appreciate them all!

The ease of it all was simple! Customer Service in Starkville was excellent! Car was in amazing shape and ran perfect , as it should. Booking online was simple! Could have gotten a cheaper price thru Priceline but choose to have a better chance of one being there in a Friday afternoon ! Check in & check out procedures were less than 15 minutes each . Didn’t take any pics of the car but was a black Nissan Sentra (hybrid) Thank you !

Arrived to pick up my rental 30mins early, that had already been reserved might I add. The guy at the front desk say they're waiting for the truck to be returned but he could go ahead & take all my information. In the middle of doing that he grabs his phone to make a call and says just a moment. He came back and goes on to say, "oh I'm sorry we don't have a truck being returned like I thought buuut we have one in another location about 25mins away! The options were that I could go get it or wait on them to go pick it up, which could be over an hour because his driver was out with someone else. So I let him know that I would go get it. Rented a Thursday online , paid online that night . Picked up car for 2pm Friday . Confirmed my ID & insurance and was out the door! Came back, unloaded car into my car ( someone can pick me up, you cannot leave personal vehicle there) then they checked me in and I was on my way with my $300 deposit back on its way to my bank account! Customer service was friendly and fast! Would rent again from them . (Starkville, Ms)

Super easy process for a quick rental and the return process was as fast! Everyone was so helpful ! We will rent Enterprise in the future.
