I recently used this car shop, following my fender being backed into. Through the process of working with insurance, the rental car, and Joe Hudson, it was all a smooth process. They even kept me updated through the process of my car getting repaired. My car was completed even before the scheduled time and it even looked to be washed, lol. The customer service was also really good. No matter who I called, someone was always willing to help or directed me to someone who knew how to. I highly recommend. If I ever need anything else, I know who to call and where to go!

A-plus service and workmanship, and my damaged SUV was delivered in pristine-clean condition and as projected time wise. I believe the folks at Joe Hudson’s Collision think of me as “Job Security,” considering my incidents over the last eight or nine years.

Giving one star only because there's no option for zero. I had a minor collision with a low fence while parking on a steep slope (the car slid forward with accidental in N shift). Most of the damage came from hitting poorly constructed brick walls—the bricks were crumbling and caused a lot of scratches. Right after the incident, I went to a VW service center to make sure the car was still safe to drive. Their main recommendations were to replace the core support and driver-side front headlamp. I decided to go through insurance and have the repair done at Joe Hudson’s. From the beginning, communication was terrible. Patrick worked with me and kept me updated on my vehicle the entire process. My car was fixed in under two weeks and it was ready three days earlier than expected. Patrick was extremely sweet and helpful as well as the mice lady at the front counter!

On-time performance and quality of work did not meet expectations. I dropped off my car on 7/22, but JHCC did not begin work for a week. The initial completion date was set for 8/29; however, the car repair completion was delayed three times due to incorrect parts being ordered, a technician’s absence, and the need to readdress items that were missed in the initial repair. Ultimately, I was not able to pick up my car until 9/17, at which point I identified defects during my inspection at JHCC that required rework. While I acknowledge the effort made, the delays, lack of attention to detail, and poor planning resulted in an unsatisfactory experience.
