Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don't like paying for a vehicle for family in town and being charged for adding a driver. There was only one driver, my brother in law. My initial reservation for the week was $250. I appreciate the free vehicle upgrade but with additional cost of insurance and $90 dollar add driver fee ended up being over $600. Not a great experience for me since all I was trying to do was pay for their rental since was a family visit and was trying to make a nice gesture.

Enterprise provided great customer service and made the rental process quick and easy. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed while my car was being repaired. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Budget friendly. Smooth pick up and drop off procedure. Gave us a free upgrade to skip the wait of cleaning a car. Plenty of vehicle options. Vehicle was pristine and newer model. Provided free ride home after drop off. Conviently located.

I just love this location and rental company to handle all my car rental needs. Great team and so courteous. I am renting a white Chrysler Pacifica and they gave me this upgrade and spoiled us. Ty to all for the great service.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt that it would be important to do so here. I was greeted by Brandon Green, the Branch Manager, upon arrival. He was professional, kind, knowledgable, and efficient. I was brought to my vehicle by Benjamin, who likewise was a professional. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who checked me in upon return, but he too was professional. A very well run location!
