Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Warning!! Stay away from this enterprise!! If possible I would have put - 5 Stars! I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable and unprofessional service I experienced with my recent reservation at your Enterprise location at 2047 N University Drive, Sunrise, FL 33322. I had a confirmed reservation to pick up an SUV on Wednesday, September 3rd, at 10:00 a.m. On September 2nd, I even received and confirmed a courtesy call from Enterprise verifying my reservation. However, on the day of pick-up, the reservation process became a frustrating ordeal that lasted more than eight hours before I was finally able to leave with a rental vehicle. My experience with Enterprise went really really well. It went better than expected as it was my first time in a rental car. Enterprise staff made it super easy and simple to pick up and drop off the rental. No Worries. No hassles. The rental car itself was a comfortable and secure ride all throughout the duration of rental service. I appreciate and thank each and every one of enterprises staff members for making it a very pleasant experience for me and providing excellent service.

Best rental experience I’ve ever had. So smooth and easy. Nick was extremely friendly and accommodating on pick up and return. Rented an f150 for the weekend while my car was in the shop and it was awesome. No problems with the truck, and exactly what I wanted. Definitely coming back here next time I need a rental.

I really enjoyed my experience with Daniel Garcia when I picked up my rental on 10/06/25 at 2047 N University Dr in Sunrise, FL 33322 ( Store 416Y). He was very professional, polite, helpful, and most accommodating. I received the same great service when I returned the Volkswagen SUV. It is so calming to receive such great customer service when things are stressful enough especially when dealing with car repairs. Thank you again to Daniel. Kudos to a GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!

My experience with Enterprise was excellent. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ready on time. I appreciated how easy it was to pick up and return the car. Great service overall!
