Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff took care of me point blank. They recognized that my current vehicle was a full size pick-up and gave me the equivalent. I'm very pleased with Enterprise and will utilize them in the future.

If you need to rent a car because your vehicle is in the shop make sure you take pics before and after you return the rental. All the negative reviews are accurate. First of all when I received the rental they didn’t even bother washing it. They also tried to say the rental I returned over the weekend had damage , and had the audacity to try to make my insurance pay. Luckily I took photos of the vehicle when the car was dropped off . They are a scam and will find any reason to get extra money. If you can definitely go to a different place other than this location. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES!!! BEFORE AND AFTER , they would have got me if someone didn’t tell me to make sure I take pictures apparently this is a common issue with this location.

I am disappointed with the Eldersburg Maryland Enterprise experience. The car I reserved was not available on the day of pick up. My other experience is that I am informed before pick up of a different car or a price adjustment is made at pick up. Eldersburg had a smaller car and told me that I had to pay more for it because it was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I asked for a discount and was told I'd get two dollars off per day. I have no idea if that happened. The two front seats were filthy and soaking wet. Someone tried to clean them before I arrived. I told the young lady that the two front seats had a lot of stains and she said, "we got them all out for you." Not true! I called to express my concern with the wet seats when I got home with a wet behind and a "Matt" said he would

Service was great, Did my appointment online and when picking up it was fast and not hassle. Staff great Mia did my paperwork and was out in less than 5 minutes.

Great experience with multiple Enterprise locations this time. The North Laurel location was a great help as well. They helped to transfer my reservation to the Sykesville location. The customer service from employees at both locations was excellent. Andrea was great! It was a quick and easy process, was very happy with the car selection. However, I will say if you give them a days notice in advance it makes a big difference in the selection. After such a long, stressful week of dealing with insurance, body shops, other drivers, etc. it's really nice to know that Enterprise makes the rental process quick and easy, all with a smile.
