Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented from Enterprise in Fort Worth TX however my vehicle broke down in Texarkana with my newborn, toddler and my wife. I was told to stop by to this location as it was the closest one nearby. When I got to this location the Manager Shania was beyond helpful, kind and efficient. As we were showing her the old vehicle that was giving us trouble she saw that we had a Newborn she upgraded us to a more comfortable vehicle. I am very grateful for such a great turn around to a very serious and dangerous situation. Thank you again Shania and the team for being so great!

We had a reservation, but they had no vehicles. The person (I couldn't possibly refer to her as a lady) at the front desk was completely rude. We waited over an hour, with the staff completely ignoring us. They were fielding plenty of phone calls with the standard "we overbooked...oops". Finally, we called Hertz and got a car. I'm an enterprise member and I won't be gracing their doors again.

Horrible customer service. I understand my insurance only pays for a small car and I have three kids still in car seat seats. I was willing to take a small car. We get outside to do the rock around. I explained to the lady that on 1121 when I had come in to originally rent a car I was told that they were when I came back this week. They would put me in a bigger car with no charge I was explaining my frustration that I was lied to the manager, came up and said they would not rent me a car at that point because apparently I was rude to her so then she left me. My autistic child into other children stranded in Texarkana with no car. We are having to wait till Monday to get a rental car from Paris enterprise. I hope her boss sees this and has some compensation for the trouble that we’ve went t

As someone who has worked in the insurance industry for 15 years, I can truthfully say I was blown away by the customer service from Shania Blanton at the Texarkana Enterprise. Shania was incredibly friendly, worked amazingly well under pressure, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. It isn’t often that I get to see this side of things, but I’m glad I did. A huge thanks to Brady Rose for making the connection, and I’m very thankful for the experience.

The girl that helped us was great! She had my fiancee and I in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Had the right vehicle for a very fair price. Will definitely use in the future!!! Thanks!
