Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Audi A6 A wonderful ride which far exceeded my expectations. Jay was articulate, professional, and made sure I was a secured customer. I have rented and returned at this location a few times, and I’ve only experienced top courtesy at the Thomasville location.

I used the services of the Enterprise Car Rental in Thomasville GA. Jay, Chevy and Satrice were absolutely wonderful! When I picked up the vehicle, the insurance company reserved it in my husband's name and therefore they reserved a vehicle like kind to his and not mine. The staff accommodated me as best they could with their current inventory with a vehicle of like kind to mine. They were very professional and friendly. I was in and out within 15 minutes which is not what I was expecting. Typically picking up a rental car has always been an ordeal that seemed to take forever but these guys were very efficient and amazing to deal with! Enterprise in Thomasville were not professional at all I had to use my coworkers phone while being on hold on my own phone not once but four or five times. I was placed on hold so long that I had almost made it to Thomasville before they came back to the phone. I understand as a business an employee can get a bit busy but not every day and not all day. I called at different times. I definitely will not refer anyone to rent from Enterprise in Thomasville I should have went where I always go which is Bainbridge never had nothing but good experiences with them . Listen I did not get her name, but she is the Branch Mgr in Thomasville, GA. Please give her shout out. My car was in the shop w/ repairs from car accident and last minute on a Friday I was told it would not be ready. Like it was literally at 5:10 on a Friday. She got me a car cleaned up, and I had a car for the wknd. She was in there alone w/ a branch full of customers, and still helped me. I work for a local in town hospital, I’ve bragged & referred Enterprise. Please just take the time to recognize her, she is AWESOME!! Enterprise you’ve gained a lifelong customer w/ referrals.

I’ve been renting from Enterprise for about two years now and there is one person I want to give a shout out to…. Jameon Gaskins!!! He has made every rental experience a breeze. It is because of him I keep using Enterprise. His customer skills are superb even when there were five people waiting on rentals. He personally made sure every one of us was being helped. This one particular time I was there it started raining right when my rental was ready. Without hesitation Jameon grabbed an umbrella to make sure I did not get rained on while he went over the car with me. Give this man a raise because his customer service is what keeps me renting from Enterprise.
