Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I hate renting from them. They take forever just to give you a car in this modern days and time. When I rent from Budget the car is waiting for me in a spot that the app tells me where to find it. Or even if I go to a local branch it takes a minute to run my card and license. But here at ENTERPRISE its a long drawn out process. The cars are uggg!! I always get a nice car from BUDGET no matter what I reserve. But what I hate the most about Enterprise is that they hold on to your deposit forever. Still haven’t got my deposit back as yet. Usually at Budget my deposit is returned while I giving back the keys. I’m not sure why Enterprise does things in the dark ages.

I had an outstanding experience with the customer service team at the Valley Stream location. From the moment I arrived, I felt treated like royalty. There was a misunderstanding regarding my account, but the team promptly took action by placing a hold on my account until the issue was resolved. They took full responsibility for the situation and maintained open communication with me throughout the process. Their dedication and support not only resolved my concerns but also ensured that I will be a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I truly love love love ❤️ this location. The staff is superb down to Chanique, Scott, Chris and I know I'm forgetting about four other names but I love y'all, all of y'all. You guys are the true definition of customer service. They allllll make you feel like family with no bars held. I only rent from enterprise but once I got to this location I can't go to another one. With that being said I live in Brooklyn with multiple locations near by but that Valley Stream love is just so different and with exceptional service they can't be matched nor beat. Keep up the super duper amazing great work. If no one else recognizes that you guys are the bomb. I do!!!!!!! See y'all next rental...

The representative, Jolena is courteous and very professional. I also noticed the other employees are similar which creates a comfortable environment for the customers. I appreciate the great convenience of providing transportation to and from the auto body shop where my car was repaired. THANK YOU, Eric and Jolena! The entrance/exit driveway to the location is potentially hazardous. Parked vehicles along the busy street obstruct visibility of oncoming eastbound traffic. Suggest safety cones to warn ⚠️ motorists of active driveway.

I came here to rent a car for a fender bender. No unnecessary paperwork. Within 15 mins of walking in I was out the door with a pick up truck and when I returned it took 3 mins. Staff is very professional and welcoming. I’ll be coming back here for future rentals.
