Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It was perfect for us two grandmas and three kids. Had just the right amount of storage, for all the stuff we had. It was great.

Came to this location after our own car had a catastrophic mechanical failure while traveling on the way home from Florida to Kansas. Although this location usually only does local rental use, the staff was able to get permission to rent us a car to take to Kansas so we could get home. The staff also teamed up to ready the car for us so we didn't have to wait long. We are very appreciative of their professional and special service.

Customer Service at the airport is definitely an area of concern - Possibly this is an overall sign of how you treat internal employees and is merely a reflection of the culture?

Staff at check in and check out were amazing. Friendly, beautiful smiles, efficient with the rental process. I watched them inspect every vehicle upon return making sure nothing was left in the vehicle. Good service in the service industry is rare, kudos to your team.
