Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible service. Our flight arrived at 1:30 PM, but the rental office was only open until 12:00 PM. The next day they simply refused to give us the car and said that our reservation had been canceled. As a result, our entire family was left without a car on Christmas Day and the entire following week. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

If there is a price surge(like during Thanksgiving or Christmas time), they can easily cancel your booking and ruin your vacation.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise at the Marriott Hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii, and I had an exceptional experience. Not only was she incredibly helpful in getting me set up with my rental, but she also remembered my birthday and surprised me with a thoughtful upgrade. I was truly grateful for the personalized service and the attention to detail that Erica provided, making my experience so memorable. The upgrade was a fantastic bonus, and it made exploring the island even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Enterprise location for anyone visiting the Big Island—Erica really knows how to take care of her customers!
