I have to say, it's incredibly helpful to have this local branch of Napa here! Battery died in my Subaru in the morning... Got on the website, found correct fit for car, ordered it . Informed in 15 minutes it was ready for pick up. Was driving away from store in just 5 minutes from time I got there! Awesome staff!

Our rental car broke down but we were able to get it to Napa. Brian was so incredibly helpful. Jumped our jeep. Got us to a mechanic. They couldn't have been more pleasant and understanding and helpful. We are so grateful for their help.

Having a Napa in our village is such an asset! Have had a few unique car needs recently and Napa saved the day each time. Guys there have been very helpful and friendly. Image is from the shopping center's Grand Opening (car show) 7/22/23.

Stopped by to get new windshield wiper blades & the young employee went above and beyond. He even helped install them, which is 5-star service. Very impressed & thankful! :)

Stopped by Napa in Waikoloa this morning and received outstanding customer service from Ocean. Ocean is an amazing young man and was so knowledgeable about cars in general. He provided such great care for our need and we were blown away with this interaction. Keep up the great work Ocean! We appreciate experiences such as the one we encountered with you. We don’t see it often, but when we do, we are pleasantly surprised!
