Enterprise Rent-A-Car

drop off: sat for 30 minutes before closing and not a single person assisted me. they talked to everyone around me and never said a word. no direction as to where to go or what to do. no one asked if I was assisted. this location and it's employees that worked 8/19 had horrible customer service. 0 communication. had to go up to them all sitting behind the divider after EVERYONE had already left. feigned ignorance and said they didn't see me. really? the only person sitting there you didn't see? disgusting.

Good experience with getting a rental car while my car was being fixed. I just haven't gotten my deposit back yet. I need to call them.

This location was fairly quick. And gave us a really nice car compared to what we ordered. BUT! What they don’t tell you on their website that you need to leave a $300 deductible once you get there. We got the car and when we got to where we were we didn’t have no money left due to leaving up to $500 there.
