Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve rented from this Enterprise location many times over the years and have generally had positive experiences, which makes this situation especially disappointing. We rented a vehicle for 10 days and were scheduled to return it today. Due to travel timing, we were going to have the car back by 6:30 PM. The location closes at 5:30 PM, so I called ahead to ask if I could return the vehicle after hours, place the keys in the drop box, and avoid being charged for an additional full day. This is something I’ve done before without issue, and it has always been accommodated. Unfortunately, this time I was told that even though the vehicle would be returned the same day—just one hour after closing—we would be charged for an entire extra day. Service was spot on. I had a car on reserve, once I arrived I was greeted and assisted with a smile. Took about 5=7 minutes to recieve the keys. I appreciate how quick and smooth it went. Associates were very friendly and i felt they genuinely cared about my experience renting with them. My husband reserved the vehicle online and I went first thing next day. He wanted to pay for rental with his CC, but after arriving I was told they don't accept payments online or over phone. Im glad I brought my card because otherwise i would've been up a creek. I got a ride to agency and if I hadn't had enough funds for the rental and deposit in my bank account, it could've been horrible. I understand this is thier policy from corporate, but in this day and age....why not have a prepay or any pay option

We rented a 15 passenger van for 2 weeks and were very happy with the cleanliness of the vehicle and had a very good experience with this place! Staff was very friendly and gave a great atmosphere. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to rent a vehicle!!

Amazing experience and phenomenal staff at the Warren, OH location! All communication was great! First time renting a car and Hannah was super quick and also made me feel comfortable doing something I’ve never done before. You guys are awesome!!
