Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Warrington Pa Enterprise is an excellent facility. Frank is a fantastic guy and the entire staff always works to ensure total customer satisfaction. I really enjoy renting from the Warrington PA Enterprise and will continue yo do so. The selection of vehicles and prices has been very good at the Warrington Pa location. Thank you Glenn Murphy

Absolutely terrible service. Requested vehicle and when they called to confirm the night before, we arranged for a pick up at my house. Pick up time arrives and no one shows. Call and they haven't sent anyone. Apparently the driver shows up and just sits in front of the house for five minutes and doesn't call. Finally arrive at the office. My vehicle is at some repair shop, so they have to send someone to go pick it up. Another 20 minute wait. 830 AM pick up and no vehicle until 10:00 AM Terrible organization by the office.

Frank and the team here are amazing to deal with. I’ve been renting cars here for work on a. Regular basis for the last year and a half. They are always so accommodating and friendly. Wonderful branch and wonderful people to work with.

I was supposed to get a SUV here after i dropped off my car to get it repaired, and they gave me a small car, the girl was checking the outside of the car with me and never opened the inside of the car, she tried to walk away. I opened the garage and there was throw up on the carpet and stained sitting. I tried to show her and she was arguing that it wasn't throw up. I ended up taking the car because I was out of options. I had to get to work. Here is pictures of how horrible this is.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff were dismissive and showed very little consideration for my concerns. Throughout the entire interaction, I felt unheard and undervalued as a customer. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I sincerely hope they improve their approach toward people who rely on them for support.
