Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The process was quick. The attendant was friendly. I even "lucked out" and got the vehicle that actually had snow tires on it. There was a choice of 2-he made sure to point out those tires haha! Car handled GREAT. Honestly-the BEST rental I've ever experienced. My only criticism is with my insurance-that wouldn't let me keep it longer than 30 days while the car part my vehicle was waiting on was on back order. Viva Enterprise! 😁

My car was in the shop being worked on for 3 months and the team at this Enterprise location was phenomenal. They were always available to assist me and remained in great contact with me throughout the duration of my rental car use. There was one point I had to exchange vehicles due to the vehicles maintenance and they made the transition seamless for me. I’ve dealt with a lot of Enterprise locations, but none have had a team this committed and proactive to assisting! There was always very kind customer service both over the phone and in person at the location.

Love this rental co. Always have a car available. Cars come with winter ready tires. Staff is respectful and communicative.
