Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service is excellent. I’ve rented a car four times this year, and they’re always available by phone, fair, and eager to help. Their staff consistently shows professionalism and great eye contact. Compared to other rental companies I’ve used over the years, I now choose them every time—even though they’re farther away.

Staff is rude. Instead of helping customers who are already checking in, they do everything else. It was snowing like crazy, and even after repeated requests, staff did not give keys for 30 minutes.

For the most part was an enjoyable experience. My only issue was with the return. We rented it from Sunday to Sunday. After driving 17 1/2 hours from Cody Wyoming and getting back to town at 4:30 in the morning. We decided to get some sleep before returning it. We dropped it off a little after 3 in the after hours drop box but then were charged extra. What is the purpose of an after hours drop box if you are just going to charge extra for dropping it off "late"? Even though it was returned on Sunday the last day of our rental.

Have rented from them twice, and will again. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles they are renting. Vehicles are clean and ready to go. Can get a little busy. Typically I have a pickup right when they open on Sunday and returns right around closing on Fridays. So I would expect them to be busy. They dont try and upsell, which i appreicate. I normally rent online with everything I need. Normally get one or two text messages durning my rental making sure things are OK. Even if this is automatic still appreciate it.
