Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible customer service truly bothers me. I initially called to ask if this location had large SUVs and was told they had Wagoneers. After I mentioned it was an insurance claim, I was suddenly told all Wagoneers were reserved for 5:00 p.m. and unavailable. I then contacted customer service, who called the same location, and suddenly a Wagoneer was available for me to switch into. Deja was very helpful, but the initial representative I spoke to should not be representing the company.

Matt and everyone else (I wish I could remember more names) at the office are a gem. They took take of me when I needed to switch out my car for something different and took care of me multiple times when I needed a rental car via my insurance. They are extremely accommodating, they make every single process smoother, which I really appreciate it when you’re going through accident troubles! They were all also so sweet helping out older customers when I visited there. They are very patient people and they KNOW customer service. Give everyone in that office a raise. They all clearly deserve it.

Gave me the run around for 3 hours. I had to come back 4 times within a 3 hour period and spoke to a different person each time. One person lied and said he was an assistant manager. But I finally got the car. Don't think I'll use Enterprise in the future that was a headache.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional and rude ! Basically someone is stealing and I will be calling corporate ! How do my Tuesday -Friday rate go from $180 to $200 plus dollars ??? And the staff name Dasia is VERYYYYY RUDE !!!! She needs to be fired ! Her attitude sucks ! I would never do business at this enterprise anymore ! You can’t even modify online . It’s because they are charging you whatever they want & stealing !!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE if you don’t want to be robbed !!!! I never thought I would ever feel this way about enterprise!!!

Enterprise Car Rental is a great company to use if you need car rental. Professional and easy to work with. When I picked up my car at the repair shop, I was able to leave rental car there and they came to pick up . Thanks for the good customer service .
