Always a pleasure to rent from this location the staff is awesome. The supervisor of this location is great! They will always try to accommodate you no matter what you may need. The cars have always been exceptional. It's been 5 years frequenting this location for rentals. They absolutely exceeded all other locations in my book. Just dropped off a rental today it was simple and effortless. Just like you would expect from a good base rental agency. They are 5 stars in my book. I just had to take pictures of the employees at this enterprise that make this place a gem. So with out further ado if you enjoyed the review you know what to do👍. Dear Enterprise Team, I’m writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had when returning my rental car. The staff member claimed the car smelled like marijuana, which was completely untrue, and initially tried to charge me a $250 cleaning fee. When I refused, he dropped it to $30 for a wash, and then said he would “pretend” there was no smell at all. This behavior made me feel like he was running some sort of scam to get extra money out of customers, and that really bothered me. It’s not just about the false accusation, but also the attempt to overcharge me unfairly. I’d appreciate it if the person in charge could look into this so that other customers don’t have to deal with a similar situation. Thank you for your attention.

Staff was friendly and set up services for us quickly. The only downside was having to get air in the tires shortly after renting, but it was fine!

I recently was referred to enterprise Rent-A-Car and I was extremely satisfied with my Nissan Sentra 2021 for four days, that was paid for by an insurance company. I added on a few more days and the price is very reasonable and affordable. I recommend enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business there.
