Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Honestly was more than a little apprehensive about renting with Enterprise due to online ratings. This is one time the ratings did not reflect the service provided. My whole experience went without a hitch. From the online reservation to the super people at the local West Plains Enterprise store, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Five out of five stars all the way across the board. Thanks guys you rock.

Such a great experience. They made it so fast and easy. I did have to have a smaller vehicle then what was in an accident but it wasnt to bad.

At first, I was frustrated, but a car wreck can do that. Donte Pankey was honest from the first time we talked and he got me a rental, rather quickly, although I needed something bigger, he did what he could. Within days he had me in something with third row seating. He went above and beyond and I am very thankful for him.

West Plains, Mo. Enterprise has been absolutely great in making sure your needs are met. The two I have dealt with are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Enterprise.

Only rent here if you might want a car. They're good at taking reservations for cars they don't have. I was left without a car on Thursday. The guy working here actually said he is still trying to get people cars that had reservations on mon... That's 4 days people have waited for a car. I won't ever waste my time with enterprise again. It's a shame, this was a working office 21 thru 23. Time to buy more cars, or just close your failing buisness.
