Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I came to pick up my rental and forgot my license. The gentleman from enterprise that picked me up from work was nice enough to bring me back to my house and get it. Also another time I left and important item in the rental, I called and they tracked down the rental and I was able to get it back. They go out of the way for their customers!

This review is based off my experience working with Sebastian. There were some hiccups involving my original appointment but Sebastian was able to accommodate and resolve the issues. Sebastian went above and beyond to ensure I had a vehicle in a timely manner. Professional and intelligent staff made this process relatively quick and easy.

The folks at the Wareham Enterprise branch truly go above & beyond. I needed a rental with short notice (less than 2 hours) and they made it happen. They got my wife & I into a vehicle that we were comfortable and familiar with, answered any/all questions that we had, and provided that service with a smile at an affordable price. The vehicle we rented was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely return to this location next time I need a rental.

Super friendly team oriented staff. One guy picked me up, the other checked me out. Very friendly explained everything to me so I understood, not always an easy task but they did it. They also sent a few emails with reminders of what they told me in case I forget.

I went to pick up some stuff that was left in a car I rented and I got all my stuff back 1. In a trash bag which wasn’t a big deal because you gotta put it somewhere 2. They must’ve left it outside because everything in there was wet from the clothes to the shoes 3. It’s not obligated but it’s common sense to at least throw away the trash ( which was a salad bowl ) that was left in there accidentally but instead they put in the bag with my stuff and let it get moldy. The guy that was there seems nice and all it was just the lack of care for my items that I had a problem with.
