Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely absurd! Our car is in the autobody shop and this is the rental car they are offering us per our insurance coverage? How ridiculous is this! This car is on spare tires and doesn’t even look like it could do 50 MPH on the highway without breaking apart. It looks very unsafe to drive! This is the type of customer service and the “we would love to earn your business” this place gives you I guess… we’ll never support another enterprise store ever again! I’d give 0 stars if google allowed! Absolutely insane.

Went in there on a Monday afternoon they had a vehicle that was available it. Didn't call head, didn't have a reservation, didn't even know if they had one in stock. After dropping my vehicle off at the shop down the street. They helped me in every possible way from the time I got in there until the time I was ready to leave which was under an hour. I would highly recommend this location to anybody in need of a rental. I live between Fairplay and Alma and I rented it from 73rd and Federal. (4/27-5/2/25)

Scott at the Westminster location went above and beyond what any rental car representative would do to make sure my elderly mother would be comfortable in the vehicle we rented. He also made sure that whatever vehicle we chose was clean and up to spec for a long trip he took the time to make us feel like he cared.

The service is always kind and respectful. Upgraded due to a quality issue w original car for my safety. The you g men were exceptional in their customer service and gave me ride home upon return without hesitation. Great team!

Had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. The car was user friendly and fuel efficient. I would definitely come here again.
