Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Picked me up & brought me to their Westminster, MD office. Nice, clean Mitsubishi car was ready for me. Staff were all very nice & efficient. Absolutely NO waiting.

Local pickup center is convenient. Car selected in mint condition and got great gas mileage. Associate worked efficiently and knowledgeable. We did get charged for an extra hour but not sure why. Upfront clarity on dates/times used for charging would be appreciated.

Our experience was very positive. It is obvious that Enterprise has an efficient process in place, and well trained employees who are able keep things moving. Those factors contribute to complete customer satisfaction.

Reserved a midsized SUV a week in advance. Picked up a filthy car, inside and out. So I got to detail it when I got home, which was a treat. Gum stuck to the rear seat was pointed out when I picked it up, but never removed by Enterprise. They sprayed the car with a hose for some reason, too. Not sure what that was. Quick pickup otherwise. Lisa, thank you but the link you provided is useless. I am not trying to chat with Enterprise corporate.

The staff fully explained the process of renting a car and was helpful getting me another car after the one I asked for wasn't available. But this isn't the first time this has happened to me it's like bait and switch you rent one car online you go there and magically the car you rented is there so you have to make so with something else.
