Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Casey and Cam helped me out and they were so nice! Both were really attentive and really efficient. For both drop off and pick up of the car, I was in the office or maybe a total of 5 minutes. Since you fill everything out online it's very easy when you get there and they upgraded me for free. I will be renting from here again!

This is actually my 2nd time getting a car rental from here and they always provide me a great customer service! Justin was very helpful dropping off the rental for me at the collision center. Cam, you are the man because you always provide me with a great services from 3 years ago and now!

The circumstances that brought me to Enterprise were stressful and the pick up experience was not quite what I hoped, and yet nothing worthy of a complaint. During the drop off the team sensed that I wasn't completely happy and Sam followed up. In the end I concluded that his commitment to 5-Star service is sincere. I'm really happy with how he responded and resolved things. I've never had that positive an experience with a rent-a-car associate before. I'm grateful. If I have to rent again in the area, I'll call Sam!

Upgrade Auto to non-smoker Audi, which is smaller than Camrys, and no assistance devices (rollators, etc.) could fit in this trunk because it was so small. I had to wait 2.5 hours after being promised an 8:15 am delivery, just to be picked up!
