Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We have rented on numerous occasions for work, pleasure and claims. My recent experience was not favorable for me. It was due to a claim. We returned the vehicle and Rich indicates there is damage. At 1st I am looking at him because until I literally laid down close to the ground did I see or feel anything. This is the one time we did not take 360 degree photos before driving off the lot. So it was clear that maybe we encountered a possible pot holes or something in the street. So we file the claim with our insurance. I call Rich the next day because we did not 100% agree for certain we caused the damage but because we did not have it noted on our contract I understand our responsibility in the process as a licensed insurance representative. Always enjoy using enterprise car rental. Fast and easy registration, and drop off. If you need to extend A rental for a day or two, it’s never an issue or a problem. I like the vehicles I rent are always nice. So much so I bought one from an enterprise car sale a lot about three years ago.

We rented a premium suv from here to go out to the Pittsburgh area. It would have been a great experience, but the world’s WORST windshield wipers were on the car. I don’t understand how this was either not checked or deemed to be ok. It was snowing for part of the way there and it was also wet/snowing on the way back. It was a scary experience driving when the wipers would make it very hard to see out of the windshield. We also ran out of windshield wiper fluid because that would be the only way to clear the windshield. We even tried to buy better wipers, but they didn’t fit. I don’t think I should have to buy wipers so we can see, especially considering all the money we paid to rent this car. Billy was super helpful - he helped me update the insurance on my rental and then tested out the upgrades for me to make sure I got the navigation system that worked best with my phone. He also recognized my height restrictions and recommend a car model that turned out to be the best fit for me. He also let me know how insurance works when booking through a travel site vs directly with enterprise and made good, relevant recommendations based on his experience and my needs. 10/10 would utilize this location again.
