Enterprise Rent-A-Car

​Subject: Serious Safety and Integrity Issues - RA# 22RKLW ​I am sharing this so other customers have a realistic expectation of the service and safety at this location. It is not about the money; it is about integrity. ​1. Dishonest Service & Credit Card Charges: The team here promised to waive the SUV upgrade fee because they had no mid-size cars available. This was confirmed via a phone translator. However, they later charged my credit card $96.70 without my consent. When I confronted them, the staff member denied her promise and blamed the insurance. This is a classic "bait and switch" in their business practice. ​2. Safety Negligence: The driving experience was dangerous. One day after pickup, the tire pressure dropped to 24 psi in 22°F weather. This proves the team failed to perform

I took 45 minutes to prepare everything before receiving the key. Would be nice if it could be done online (insurance choices, driving license verification etc.). Still recommended way to rent a car.

The wait time is ridiculous. I walked in and not a single employee is at the desk or inside the building. Waited almost 20 minutes for someone to walk in , because they were apparently moving cars. by then it’s a long line of customers , and all attacking this one guy for help. Very unorganized, need to hire more people asap. We’re all just waiting here in a hub confused cus there’s no one to help .

Had an awesome experience renting from this Enterprise location! Connor was super helpful both when I picked up the car and when I returned it. He made everything super easy and smooth, really friendly and professional the whole way through. It’s not often you get service this good these days.
