I called the same day I heard from the insurance company, and a rental car was available right away. When I dropped my car off at the auto body shop, Enterprise was originally going to pick me up and bring me back to their office, but since the shop already had cars on-site, two Enterprise employees came down, retrieved the extra cars, and had me complete the paperwork right there. No extra trip, which saved so much time. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and patient. When I first saw the rental, it looked very low to the ground, and in my mind, I immediately said, “No.” He understood my concern, showed me the front of the car, and assured me it would be okay. Great team that works out of the Park Ave location! My vehicle was hit while parked and needs to get a rental. They picked me up at my auto body spot and make my rental experience as easy as possible. Have to send a special thanks to Kash and Tyler who made everything worth writing a review on! The Park Ave location specifically. The staff are fantastic, the customer service skills are always a 10 out of 10. I have been going to Enterprise for many years and the park up location is my favorite one because I've never had a bad experience there. Staff are knowledgeable and happy to help and I can always get a hold of them on the phone just helpful unlike the Leominster office. The manager Tyler help me out with the sticky situation and I appreciate him a lot and all the staff there in general. 10/10

Park Avenue is the best location in Worcester, been coming here for around 3 years now. Staff is extremely helpful and patient, they do get a lot of people coming in, they still go out of their way to help you. Would recommend to anyone in and near Worcester.
