Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I get a car from enterprise for 1 day almost once a week at the least every other week. Sometimes when I pick up the car there are not any of the least expensive ones that I am supposed to be getting and I will get a free upgrade. I wish this would happen more often because I love trying out all of the different new makes and models of cars. So I really dont have any complaints. All of the managers and employees are very friendly and helpful. Even when I have went in late and looking a mess never has anyone treated me poorly everyone that works there are the best at what they do they go above and beyond what they are required to do. And these days you dont get that from people as often as you used to. They deserve an award for customer service excellence!!

They have excellent customer service and were kind enough to drive me home when I dropped off the car. The car was very clean, well maintained and served me well when mine was in the shop. The weekly rate I got was very competitive. Will do business with them again.

I get all my rentals from this establishment they're always clean best bet rent on the weekday early in the week and in the day you have a better selection any better price. Staff is always very helpful and courteous cars are always clean just be sure to fill it up before you return the car

My recent experience with enterprise was great! The guy who assisted me during pickup was super friendly & seemed to really like his job. I liked that I was able to choose between a few different vehicles. I also really liked that everything was so simple. Pickup & return maybe took a total of 10 minutes.

I’ve rented with Enterprise for years and always had good experiences, but the Yakima location has been very disappointing. When I rented on 10/15, I was told the only vehicle available was a Chevy SUV. Only after asking multiple times was I informed that there was also a Palisade and a Nissan Rogue sitting on the lot. This did not feel transparent. I also specifically asked multiple times about Apple CarPlay because I needed navigation for my drive. The employee repeatedly assured me that the Rogue had Apple CarPlay and that the map would appear once plugged in with a cord. I confirmed this more than once.
