I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The salesperson I initially worked with, Danny, was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, once I was brought to management and finance, the experience changed completely. The manager Danny introduced me to never introduced himself and spent the entire conversation chewing gum directly in my face, which came across as extremely unprofessional. As we started discussing the deal, the numbers being presented didn’t seem to add up, and when we asked to see a clear breakdown of how everything was being calculated, the finance manager refused to provide it. I dropped my RAM Truck off shocks on Tuesday, February 24. I had been notified the day prior that they would be in. Advisor Brittney Mcgauvran Was efficient on the day of drop off and promised the vehicle by 6 PM that day. By Thursday evening, I had heard nothing from her. On Friday I started calling for an update. I left three messages on Friday, three messages on Monday and another two on Tuesday. I finally called back and requested to speak to a supervisor who simply said he would give her the message. I never heard a word from her until a text finally telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I unfortunately got in a totaled car accident and needed a new car. I came in last Sunday and caught the end of the Fourth of July sales, and Brandon was extremely helpful!
