I knew I needed my brakes checked, so I called Alex at Equality Automotive to get a quote. (Knew they gave back to their community, so I already liked them.) They willingly gave me an estimate over the phone and explained about their 2-year warranty on their parts and service. The same day, I brought my car in to get a more accurate estimate. They put my SUV up and showed me just how thin my rear brake pads were. I decided then & there to proceed, as I’d already called another recommended firm, and knew that equality automotive quote was fair and reasonable. They were able to complete my car repair right away and then they road-tested it to make sure it worked. I am very pleased that I decided to use their service services.

I’ve been having brake issues these past few weeks. Today I walked into Equality Auto Repair at 8AM expecting to just get an estimate, then come back later for an appointment to get my repairs completed on another day. I was referred by my company benefits with the discounts that we get from Renown employee’s portal . I was helped and greeted when I 1st walked into the office. The person who helped me was Alex. Alex was courteous respectful and professional, had a huge smile and greeted me in a kind professional manner. He said it would probably be looked by the end of the day if I left my car. Service was fast and thorough. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Price point for my oil change was great. Included in my invoice were recommendations for future service for my consideration. No sales pressure. If you’re in town and need quick service I highly recommend.

The guys here at Equality Automotive are great! They're fast with repairs and do their best to get you a discount. They're friendly, kind, and helpful with letting you know what's going on with your car. They gave me a free inspection along with my free oil change that I saw on instagram for the first 4 who come by only. If you don't have the money to fix everything like I did they'll let you know the fixes that need to be prioritized and how long you'll have till you fix the rest. I got the loyalty discount of about 98$ off of a $1000 job which was completely unexpected and welcomed. Even afterwards, John gave me a 10% discount for the next job and another card for another person I know. Thanks again for everything!

This is a revision of my previous review. I am now completely disappointed with the service I received from Equality Automotive. After the work was finished, unbeknownst to me, the battery cables were not completely connected. As a result of the battery not charging and being used to start the vehicle several times, the battery was destroyed. Note that the quickest way to kill any battery is to run it completely out of power! I was almost stranded while out of town because I assumed that my car had been put back together completely and accurately. When we called to bring the car back to be checked, we had to wait a day to get an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait around for 4 hours sine we can’t afford any more days of a rental car. As it was, I had to pay for 3 additional rent
